This program is designed to offer preparatory guidance for your birthing journey, and for the arrival of a new being on all levels including physiological, emotional, psychological, spiritual & energetic!

Dynamic Asanas will focus on pelvic opening & relaxation, spine strengthening, chest opening (for enhanced breathing), and shoulder/upper back relaxation.

Breath-Work will enhance circulation, muscle/tissue relaxation, and the ability to navigate and release pain during Your Birth Journey!

Guided Meditation will offer the opportunity to Deepen Your Connection with Your Baby; Build Your Confidence and Trust in Your Self and Your Body; and Remember how to focus and guide Your Own Energy Source in a manner that supports a smooth and gentle transition (delivery) for your little one.

This program is designed to heal back pain and promote wellness, with a focus on core muscle strengthening, postural integrity, and deep breathing.

I will offer guidance for healing & unity on all levels: physiological, emotional, psychological, spiritual, & energetic. You will LEARN to HEAL YOURSELF!

Dynamic Asanas (poses) will focus on spine strengthening; muscle relaxation; postural integrity; chest, abdomen, and pelvic opening; and chakra opening.

Breath-Work will promote stress-release; release pain and trauma; improve immune function, circulation, and cellular and molecular distribution; stabilize blood-sugar; reduce blood-pressure; enhance organ function; and more.

Guided Meditation will offer the opportunity to Deepen Your Connection with Your Body; Build Confidence & Trust in Your Self; Tune in and direct Breath, Circulation, Oxygen and Immune Cells to pain areas, for Repair and Rehabilitation.
